Employee Audit History Timeline — Track every change to an employee profile with timestamps and details
Employee profiles now include a dedicated Audit History tab that displays a chronological timeline of all profile changes — including what field changed, the old and new values, and when the change occurred. This gives HR teams and managers a clear, auditable record of how an employee's profile has evolved over time, without needing to dig through logs or contact IT. Access is role-based: employees can view their own history, while HR admins and direct managers can view the history for any employee in their scope.
Use case: An HR manager reviewing a promotion decision can quickly confirm when the employee's job title, department, and compensation were last updated — all from a single timeline view on the employee's profile.

Recurring 1:1 Meetings with Goal & KPI Tracking — Schedule recurring one-on-one meetings and connect them to employee goals and KPIs
Managers and employees can now create recurring 1:1 meeting series directly within the EPMS dashboard, setting a cadence (weekly, biweekly, monthly) and having future sessions generated automatically. Each meeting in a series can be linked to specific goals and KPIs, with discussion notes captured per session. This history is surfaced in performance reviews, giving reviewers a complete picture of ongoing coaching conversations and goal progress throughout the review period.
Use case: A manager sets up a biweekly 1:1 series with a direct report, links it to the employee's quarterly sales goal, and adds discussion notes after each session — when the performance review opens, the full conversation history is already attached.
