Customizable Dashboard Quick Actions — personalized employee dashboard shortcuts

Employees can now tailor their dashboard experience by selecting which quick actions appear in the Quick Actions widget. A new customization modal lets each user choose up to 9 shortcuts from the full list of available actions, and their selections are saved individually — so every employee sees the tools most relevant to their role. This removes clutter for employees who only need a subset of actions and eliminates the friction of navigating menus for frequently used tasks.

Use case: A frontline supervisor selects clock-in, shift swap, and time-off request as their top quick actions, so those tasks are always one click away when they log in each morning.

Reward Letter Management — HR reward letter generation, delivery, and acknowledgment tracking

HR administrators can now create and manage reward letters directly within EPMS, with support for custom templates, AI-assisted content generation, and PDF production at scale. Letters can be bulk-generated from a merit matrix and sent to employees in a single action, with automated email delivery and manager notifications. Employees receive their letter through the platform and can acknowledge receipt, while HR tracks delivery status and sends automated reminders to those who have not yet acknowledged — all without leaving the system.

Use case: After completing a merit cycle, an HR manager bulk-generates compensation letters for 200 employees, sends them in one click, and monitors acknowledgment rates from a single dashboard — following up automatically with those who have not responded after a set period.
