ISSAQUAH, Wash. — May 28, 2026 — MangoApps, the enterprise workforce platform built for the frontline, today announced the Spring '26 Release, a comprehensive update spanning AI capabilities, enterprise governance, learning and compliance infrastructure, and operational connectivity across the employee experience.
Three capabilities anchor this release: AI that generates complete training courses from a prompt or uploaded file, AI Agents that query live Power BI data, and AI that evaluates content quality before it reaches a human reviewer.
"We've spent years building a platform that adapts to how real organizations work," said Anup Kejriwal, CEO of MangoApps. "AI now governs content, delivers training, and answers questions from live business data so every employee gets faster answers, better training, and information they can trust. The updates behind it are among the most significant we've shipped in years, and nearly all of it came straight from our customers."
While customer feedback drives more than half of every MangoApps release, Spring '26 goes further. Nearly 90% of what shipped was directly driven by customer requests, making this the most customer-driven release in the company's history. Highlights across four themes include:
- AI Course Creation generates complete courses from a prompt or uploaded file, with AI automatically building chapters, quizzes, video transcripts, metadata, and cover images.
- AI Agents can now query live Power BI workspaces and return structured, data-driven answers without storing any data inside MangoApps.
- AI-Assisted Page Approval puts AI into a configurable multi-step governance sequence, evaluating content quality before it reaches human approvers.
- New integrations with MangoApps Workforce Management and Operations solutions surface service desk tickets, performance reviews, goals, and continuous feedback directly inside the employee dashboard, on web and mobile.
- Home pages are now included in governance, with bulk page management available from a centralized admin view.
- The posts and editorial workflow gains new authoring tools, content lifecycle controls, bulk operations, and improved multi-author collaboration.
- A new LMS automation lifecycle enables prerequisite-based course chaining, hourly automation triggers, and automated unassignment when learners no longer meet enrollment criteria.
- Organizations can now require and upload completion proof for instructor-led sessions and track certificate expiry dates across all reports, directly addressing compliance needs in healthcare, manufacturing, and field operations.
- Surveys have been rebuilt for enterprise use with eleven new capabilities, including custom reusable templates, cross-domain export and import, demographic insights for anonymous surveys, and a centralized analytics dashboard.
- Google Workspace integration lets teams create and manage Google Docs, Sheets, and Slides directly from the MangoApps Files module, with permissions synced between platforms.
- Real-time calendar integrations with Google Calendar and Microsoft Outlook eliminate the scheduling gap between MangoApps and the tools employees work in daily.
- Messenger has been rebuilt with message-level replies, edit windows, full Markdown support, and a redesigned bubble UI with dark mode.
