Mechanical and Roadworthiness
- Engine starts and idles without abnormal noise or smoke
- Transmission engages and vehicle moves under its own power
- Brakes respond normally during low-speed check
- Steering feels normal with no excessive play or pull
- Fluid leaks visible under vehicle
- Battery, charging, and warning systems appear functional
