Scupper and Overflow Path

• Scupper opening is unobstructed
• Scupper collector box is clear and free of debris
• Overflow path is visible, unobstructed, and not damaged
• Signs of overflow, staining, or water intrusion at scupper area

Downspouts and Discharge

• Downspouts are connected and secure
• Downspouts are free of blockage and visible damage
• Discharge point directs water away from foundation and walkways
• Evidence of splashback, erosion, or standing water at discharge point

Roof Surface and Housekeeping

• Roof surface around drains is free of debris accumulation
• Nearby roof membrane or flashing shows no visible damage affecting drainage
• Access area was safe for inspection and appropriate PPE was used

Corrective Actions and Sign-Off

• Deficiencies documented with location and description
• Corrective action assigned
• Inspector signature
