• All weight-band drug labels match the approved reference set
• No outdated, duplicate, or conflicting dosing labels are present
• Drug names, concentrations, and weight-band doses are legible
• Labels are securely affixed and not peeling, torn, or water-damaged

Organization and Rapid-Use Readiness

• Weight-band labels are arranged in a consistent, logical order
• Labels are visible without moving unrelated supplies or opening sealed medication packaging
• Emergency medication labels are not obscured by glare, tape overlap, or storage bins
• Any missing or unreadable label can be identified by weight band within 10 seconds

Expiration, Damage, and Change Control

• No expired label sets or obsolete reference cards are present
• Any replaced or updated labels are documented through change control
• Damaged, faded, or illegible labels have been removed from service
• Replacement labels are available for immediate restocking

Deficiencies, Corrective Actions, and Sign-Off

• Deficiencies documented with location, label name, and affected weight band
• Corrective actions completed or assigned to responsible owner
