Mirror-Match Verification

• Part number matches removed part or approved replacement equivalent
• Side and orientation match the removed part
• Mounting points, tabs, clips, and fastener locations match
• Shape, contour, and dimensions visually match the removed part
• Trim, sensor openings, brackets, and accessory features match
• Finish, color, texture, and surface type are correct for the repair

Part Condition and Completeness

• Part is free of shipping damage, cracks, bends, or deformation
• All required clips, brackets, hardware, and subcomponents are present
• Part is correct for OEM / aftermarket / LKQ specification ordered
• Packaging label and part label match the repair order

Staging Release

• Part approved for staging to the repair stall
• If not approved, discrepancy documented and part quarantined or returned
• Corrective action taken to resolve mismatch
