Menu Board Allergen Accuracy

• Posted allergen disclosures match the current menu board items
• Major allergens are accurately disclosed for each prepared item
• No outdated allergen statements remain on the menu board or digital signage
• Cross-contact or shared equipment allergen notice is posted where applicable
• Any allergen-related menu changes made since the last audit are documented

Ingredient Change Communication and Audit Trail

• Recent ingredient or supplier changes were reviewed before opening
• Allergen matrix was updated to reflect ingredient changes
• Change communication was sent to front-of-house staff
• Date and source of the last allergen-related update are recorded
• Any unresolved discrepancy between ingredients and posted disclosures is escalated

Front-of-House Staff Awareness
