Safety, PPE, and Worksite Controls

• Required PPE worn correctly for the task and site conditions
• Work area assessed for hazards before starting task
• Traffic, fall, electrical, or other site hazards controlled or escalated appropriately
• Lockout-tagout used when required by the task
• Ladders, lifts, or access equipment used in a stable and compliant manner
• Housekeeping maintained to reduce slip, trip, and drop hazards

Tool Handling and Equipment Use

• Correct tools and test equipment selected for the task
• Tools used in a controlled manner without creating avoidable damage or safety risk
• Test equipment readings or indicators interpreted correctly
• Tools and equipment stored, staged, and secured when not in use
• No damaged, missing, or unsafe tools observed in use

Workmanship and Task Execution

• Work performed matches company workmanship standards
• Connections, terminations, fasteners, or mounts are secure and properly finished
• Installed or serviced components are aligned, labeled, and left in acceptable condition
• Task sequence followed the approved procedure without skipped critical steps
• Rework, repeat visits, or visible defects were avoided

Documentation, Communication, and Closeout

• Required measurements, photos, or notes captured accurately
• Customer communication was professional, accurate, and factual
• Job closeout steps completed, including cleanup and site restoration
• Exceptions, defects, or follow-up needs documented clearly
