Grease Bin Cap Security

  Verify the grease bin cap or lid is fully closed and seated properly.
• Grease bin cap is secured against tampering or theft
  Verify the cap, lock, or closure device is in place and functioning.
• Grease bin shows no leaks, spills, or residue around the opening
  Check for grease leakage, overflow, or residue that could attract pests.
• Grease bin condition supports secure closure
  Check for damaged threads, warped cap, missing gasket, or other defects that prevent secure closure.

Area Conditions and Pest Prevention

• No signs of pest activity observed
  Look for droppings, gnaw marks, nesting material, flies, or other pest indicators near the waste area.
• Waste area is clean and free of attractants
  Verify the ground around dumpsters and grease bins is free of spilled food, grease, and loose trash.
• Access to waste containers is unobstructed for service and inspection
  Confirm containers can be accessed without moving blocked equipment, pallets, or stored materials.
