Skin Adhesion and Surface Condition
- Skin adhesion is continuous with no visible delamination, lifting, or blistering
- No voids, bubbles, or telegraphing visible through the skin
- Surface is free of dents, scratches, scuffs, contamination, and finish blemishes beyond acceptance criteria
- Skin alignment at perimeter is flush and uniform
- Any localized defect is documented with location and size
Core Fill and Internal Integrity
- Core fill is complete to specification with no obvious voids or underfill
- Core material is evenly distributed with no evidence of shifting, settling, or collapse
- Core-to-skin bond shows no signs of separation at edges, corners, or cutouts
- Measured core fill depth or thickness, if applicable
Lite Frame Seating and Cutout Fit
- Lite frame is fully seated and secured without gaps or rocking
- Lite frame is square, aligned, and flush to the slab surface
- Cutout edges are clean and free of tear-out, chipping, or crush damage
Edges, Corners, and Final Release
- Edges are straight, intact, and free of splits, swelling, or crush damage
- Corners are sound with no open joints, chips, or corner delamination
- Field modifications or unapproved alterations are absent
- Disposition of the slab
