• Water temperature in any associated reservoir, humidifier, or misting component recorded

Physical Condition: Scale, Biofilm, and Fouling

• Visible scale on water-contact surfaces
• Visible slime, biofilm, or microbial fouling
• Corrosion, pitting, or degraded surfaces observed
• Insulation, gaskets, or seals show moisture damage or deterioration
• Access panels and internal surfaces are clean and free of debris buildup

Drainage, Cleaning, and Disinfection Controls

• Condensate drain line is unobstructed and draining properly
• Drain pan is sloped and free of residue after drainage
• Disinfection or sanitization completed per schedule
• Disinfectant used and concentration recorded
• Last cleaning / disinfection date recorded

Program Compliance and Corrective Actions

• Legionella prevention program requirements followed for this AHU
• Any deficiency or non-conformance documented
• Corrective action assigned with owner and due date
• Follow-up inspection required
