Rack Surface, Safety, and Operating Area

• Rack surface clear of tools, debris, and fluid contamination
• Wheel stops, turn plates, slip plates, and runways move freely and are not binding
• Power supply, air supply, and emergency stop controls accessible and functional

Deficiencies, Corrective Actions, and Sign-Off

• Deficiencies or non-conformances documented
• Corrective action assigned with responsible person and due date
• Inspector signature completed
