Driver and Shift Details

• Driver Name
  Enter the driver's full name for scheduling and audit trail purposes.
• Driver ID
  Optional internal employee identifier if used by your dispatch system.
• Shift Date
  Select the date the driver is available or scheduled.
• Shift Start Time
  Enter the planned start time for the shift.
• Shift End Time

Availability and Assignment Status

  Choose the driver's current availability for dispatch assignment.
• Reason for Unavailability
  Show only if the driver is unavailable or available with restrictions.
• Coverage Notes
  Provide any dispatch limits, route restrictions, or handoff notes that affect assignment.

Credential and Compliance Check
