We are searching for a creative and independent B2B event and webinar marketing professional familiar with enterprise SaaS. Our ideal candidate has proven experience coordinating successful trade shows and events, enjoys traveling, and is passionate about meeting prospects, partners, and customers while owning the event experience from start to finish.

Responsibilities:

• Manage the day-to-day planning and execution of corporate and client-facing events, industry conferences, and trade shows, including pre-and post-event communications and attendee management
• Negotiate and execute contracts for both large and small-scale events
• Work with the Marketing team to develop multi-channel marketing campaigns to support pre and post-event promotion and engagement for prospect and customer events
• Travel to events, execute day of event activities and represent MangoApps along with members of the Marketing and Sales teams
• Collaborate across departments to contribute to meeting design, agenda development, brand building, event communications, and marketing
• Partner with the content team to develop strategies leveraging existing content and access to industry communities to promote events and tradeshows
• Lead webinar and other virtual event development and coordination efforts, including sourcing and promoting the events, proactively leading the identification of webinar topics, coordinating with presenters, conducting webinars, and coordinating follow-up activities
• Provide consistent and clear communication of the events program to all stakeholders

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 2-3 years in an event manager or related role, ideally at a B2B SaaS company
• Detail-oriented, team-oriented, multitasking pro
• Excellent communication, organizational, presentation, planning, and analytical skills
• Strong project management and contract negotiation skills
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a proven ability to influence
• Ability and excitement to travel for trade shows and events
