The AI evaluates message quality, tone, personalization, and relevance, returning a pass/fail checklist alongside specific improvement suggestions. This helps recruiting teams maintain consistent, high-quality candidate communications without manual peer review.

Use case: A recruiter drafts a cold outreach message for a senior engineering role and runs it through AI review — the system flags that the message lacks personalization and suggests referencing the candidate's recent open-source contributions before sending.

Knowledge Base Video Upload with AI Transcription — searchable video content in knowledge base entries

Authors can now upload video files directly to knowledge base entries in both the Service Desk and Job Board apps. Uploaded videos are automatically transcribed using AI, making the spoken content indexed and searchable alongside other knowledge base text. Transcription status is visible within the entry, and the transcribed text can be previewed before publishing.

Use case: A support team uploads a screen-recorded product walkthrough to a knowledge base article — the AI transcribes the narration automatically, so employees can search for specific steps or troubleshooting guidance within the video without watching the full recording.
