Quality review checklist for property estimates to verify line items, measurements, scope, and regional pricing are accurate and complete before settlement.

Inspection Setup and Estimate Scope

• Estimate file, claim number, and property address match the review record
• Date of loss, inspection date, and estimate version are documented
• Scope of work is clearly stated and matches observed damage
• All supporting documentation is attached
• Estimate reviewer confirms the review is based on the latest available scope information

Measurements and Dimensions

• Room, wall, roof, or affected-area measurements are present for all priced areas
• Measured quantities match the sketch, photos, or field notes
• Linear feet, square feet, and other quantity units are used correctly
• Openings, waste factors, and deductions are applied consistently
• Any manual quantity overrides are justified in the notes

Line Item Accuracy and Scope Completeness

• Demolition, removal, and disposal items are included where applicable
• Material, labor, and equipment line items are separated appropriately
• Protective measures, access constraints, and setup items are included when required
• All damaged components visible in photos or notes are represented in the estimate
• No duplicate or overlapping line items were identified

Regional Pricing and Price List Review

• Correct regional price list is selected for the property location
• Labor and material pricing appears consistent with the selected market
• Any price overrides are documented with a clear business reason
• Tax, overhead, profit, and other pricing modifiers are applied according to company rules

Documentation, Compliance, and Release Decision

• All deficiencies, non-conformances, or missing items are documented
• Reviewer notes clearly identify any supplement risk or re-inspection risk
• Estimate is ready for release without unresolved scope gaps
• Final disposition
