Backup Safety Lines and Fall Protection

  • Independent backup safety line installed for each worker as required
  • Backup line shows no cuts, abrasion, UV damage, contamination, or broken fibers/strands
  • Harness, lanyard, connectors, and rope grabs are compatible and properly connected
  • Fall arrest attachment points and lifeline routing prevent swing-fall exposure

Controls, Limit Switches, and Emergency Systems

  • Upper and lower limit switches function as intended
