Inspection Details

• Inspection date and time
• Telehandler asset ID / unit number
• Operator name
• Site / work area

Walk-Around Visual Inspection

• No visible hydraulic fluid, fuel, or coolant leaks
• Tires / wheels / lugs free of damage and abnormal wear
• Mirrors, windows, and camera lenses clean and intact
• Steps, handholds, and access points clean and secure
• No missing guards, covers, pins, or fasteners

Boom, Forks, and Attachments

• Boom structure free of cracks, bends, or visible damage
• Boom extends, retracts, and lowers smoothly without abnormal noise or binding
• Forks, carriage, and attachment locking devices secure and undamaged
• Load chart present, legible, and matches installed attachment
• Load chart / capacity limits understood for planned lift

Outriggers, Stabilizers, and Leveling

• Outriggers / stabilizers deploy and retract properly
• Pads / feet / contact points undamaged and properly seated
• Machine levels correctly and stabilizer indicators function

Operator Visibility and Cab Condition

• Cab glass, windshield, and mirrors provide clear visibility
• Seat, seat belt, and restraint system functional and undamaged
• Horn, backup alarm, and warning devices operational

Essential Safety Controls and Documentation

• Service brake, parking brake, and steering controls operate correctly
• All control labels and safety decals are present and legible
• Operator reports no unresolved defects or unsafe conditions

Inspector Sign-Off

• Inspection completed and telehandler is safe to operate
