Bundle Count Verification

• Pallet count matches shipping documents
• Bundle count per pallet verified
• Bundle count variance from expected quantity
• Bundle packaging configuration confirmed with supplier label or paperwork
• Pallets show no signs of shortage, overage, or mixed product

Visible Damage and Condition

• Bundles are free of distortion or warping
• Shingles are not sticking together or fused
• Outer wrap is intact, sealed, and not torn
• Granule loss is not visible beyond normal handling wear
• Pallets are dry and show no signs of water intrusion or flood exposure

Hold, Non-Conformance, and Corrective Action

• Damaged, distorted, or flood-exposed bundles placed on hold
• Hold tag or quarantine location recorded
• Non-conformance description documented
• Corrective action or disposition selected

Photos and Sign-Off

• Photos captured of pallet labels and bundle condition
• Inspector comments completed
• Inspector signature completed
