Inspection Details

  • Sanitizer type selected
    Select the sanitizer in the bucket being tested.
  • Verification time
    Record the date and time the concentration was checked.
  • Bucket location or station
    Identify the station, prep area, or sink where the sanitizer bucket is located.
  • Test strip lot or brand
    Optional traceability field for the test strips used.
