• Routine site list reflects current distribution-system changes

Repeat Sampling Site Identification

• Repeat sample sites are pre-identified in the plan
• Repeat sites are designated to bracket the original positive sample location where feasible
• Repeat sites include upstream, downstream, and original-location sampling as applicable
• Repeat sites are accessible within the required follow-up timeframe
• Alternate repeat sites are identified when primary locations are unavailable

Documentation and Mapping

• Distribution-system map shows all routine and repeat sampling sites
• Map or site list includes addresses, GPS coordinates, or other field-identifying details
• Sampling records link each collected sample to the designated site ID
• Changes to site selection are documented with reason, date, and reviewer
