Site Access and General Condition

• Yard access routes are clear of obstructions, trip hazards, and standing water
• Ground surface is stable and free of excessive mud, ice, or debris
• Drainage is functioning and no pooling is present near stored materials
• Exterior lighting supports safe visibility along the walk path
• Any immediate safety hazards were escalated to the responsible manager or competent person

Inventory Pallets and Storage

• Pallets are intact, level, and not visibly broken, split, or collapsed
• Inventory is stacked securely and does not show leaning, shifting, or overhang beyond pallet edges
• Stack height remains stable and appropriate for the stored product type
• Shrink wrap, banding, or other load restraint is intact where used
• Stored goods are protected from direct weather exposure where required

Weather Damage and Asset Condition

• No visible weather-related damage to inventory packaging, cartons, or product surfaces
• No evidence of water intrusion, mold, rust, UV fading, or warping on stored materials
• Tarps, covers, or weather protection are secured and in good condition
• Weather-related damage requires immediate quarantine or removal from sale

Signage and Visibility

• Directional and safety signage is visible from the intended approach path
• Seasonal promotional or price signage is accurate, secure, and not faded or torn
• Signs are mounted or anchored so they will not detach in wind
• Any missing, damaged, or obscured signage has been documented for replacement

Fence and Perimeter

• Fence panels, posts, and mesh are intact without holes, collapse, or significant corrosion
• Gates open, close, and latch properly
• Fence line is free of gaps, loose sections, or evidence of unauthorized access
• Perimeter condition has been reported if repair or security follow-up is needed
