Test Setup and Documentation

• Test record identifies product, package configuration, and test date
• Sample quantity matches the approved test plan
• Packaging configuration matches the approved design revision
• Test environment conditions recorded
  Record whether ambient conditions, equipment ID, and operator are documented in the test file.
• Reference standard or protocol documented
  Enter the applicable ISTA procedure, internal SOP, or customer requirement used for the test.
• Test setup photos captured

Drop Height and Orientation Verification

• Measured drop height matches the test plan
• Drop height tolerance within allowed limit
• Required drop orientations completed
• Orientation sequence matches the approved protocol
• Drop equipment and release method verified
  Confirm the drop apparatus, release mechanism, and calibration status are documented and acceptable.
• Orientation and height evidence photos captured

Packaging and Product Condition

• Outer packaging shows no critical damage
• Package closure and seals remain intact
• Internal product damage observed
• Product remains functional after testing
• Damage description and location documented
  Describe dents, tears, punctures, broken components, loose contents, or other observed non-conformance.
• Post-test damage photos captured

Acceptance and Corrective Actions

• Test result meets acceptance criteria
• Non-conformance documented for any failed criterion
• Corrective action assigned when required
• Disposition recorded
