• Bundles staged for inspection before unloading or acceptance

Surface and Finish Condition

• Dents, bends, or deformation visible on panels or flashing
• Oil-canning or waviness exceeds acceptable appearance limits
• Finish scratches, scuffs, or coating abrasion observed
• Rust, corrosion, staining, or moisture spotting observed
• Finish color and sheen match approved specification or sample

Edges, Corners, and Fastener Areas

• Panel edges are straight and free of crushing, kinks, or burrs
• Flashing hems, bends, and returns are intact and not distorted
• Fasteners, clips, or accessory hardware present and secure in packaging
• Cut edges show no excessive sharpness, tearing, or shipping damage
• Edge damage severity

Packaging, Storage, and Disposition

• Packaging is intact, dry, and suitable for storage
• Bundles protected from moisture, abrasion, and transit movement
• Non-conforming bundles identified and segregated
• Disposition selected for failed material
• Corrective action notes
