Release and Launching Arrangements
- Release mechanism functions correctly and returns to safe position
- Release hooks, interlocks, and safety pins are intact and properly secured
- Davit arms, falls, blocks, and winch components show no visible defects
- Launching area is clear of obstructions and ready for emergency use
Engine and Propulsion Readiness
- Engine starts within the required time and runs smoothly
