Fresh Oil Supply and JIB Integrity

• Fresh oil sensor detects supply correctly
• JIB container is properly labeled and matches the approved oil type
• JIB container integrity is intact with no dents, swelling, corrosion, or visible damage
• Fresh oil level is within acceptable operating range
• Supply line routing is secure and free from abrasion or kinks

Waste Oil Sensor and Collection Status

• Waste oil sensor reports normal status
• Waste oil container is present, secured, and correctly connected
• Waste oil container is not overfilled
• Waste oil lines and fittings show no blockage, leakage, or backflow indication

Deficiencies and Sign-Off

• All deficiencies, non-conformances, or alarms documented
• Immediate corrective actions initiated for critical items
• Inspector signature
