Pre-Test Readiness

• Load bank is properly rated for the generator capacity
• Cables, connections, and terminations are secure and undamaged
• Exhaust discharge and hot surfaces are clear of combustibles
• Area is barricaded and unauthorized access is controlled
• Required PPE is worn for electrical and hot-surface hazards

Test Setup and Parameters

• Load bank type and serial number recorded
• Ambient temperature recorded
• Initial generator voltage within acceptable operating range
• Initial generator frequency within acceptable operating range
• Target load percentage documented
• Test duration documented

Load Bank Test Execution

• Generator started and accepted load bank load without failure
• Voltage remained stable during the test
• Frequency remained stable during the test
• Engine temperature remained within normal operating range
• Oil pressure remained within normal operating range
• No abnormal vibration, smoke, leaks, or unusual noise observed
• Load bank reached and maintained target load for required duration

Deficiencies and Corrective Actions

• Deficiencies identified during test
• Corrective actions documented for all deficiencies

Final Verification and Sign-Off

• Test results reviewed and accepted
• Inspector signature captured
