  • OKR Approval Workflow — Managers can now require approval for OKR objectives at any level, with employees submitting objectives for review and managers approving or rejecting with reasons, supported by email notifications throughout.
  • Service Desk Custom Request Types — Admins can now define a custom service catalog with their own request types and categories, giving employees a tailored list of ticket options instead of only the built-in system defaults.
  • DocuSign eSignature Integration — Administrators can now connect DocuSign as an e-signature provider, with JWT OAuth authentication, a guided setup wizard, and full support for sending, voiding, and downloading DocuSign-backed documents.
  • E-Signature Kiosk Mode & Bulk Send — The e-signature platform now supports kiosk mode for in-person tablet signing sessions with an interactive PDF viewer, and bulk send to dispatch signature requests to many employees at once with SMS delivery and scheduled sending options.
  • Service Desk Inline Reply Translation — Service Desk agents can now translate reply text into any language directly in the reply modal before sending, making it easier to support multilingual employees and customers.
