  • AI Conversational Ticket Creation — The Ask AI assistant can now detect when a user wants to file a support ticket and guide them through creating one via a conversational, multi-turn chat — without ever leaving the assistant.

  • Workers' Compensation Leave Compliance Report — Leave admins now have a dedicated Workers' Compensation tab in Leave Compliance Reports that aggregates WCB/workers' comp absences with employee details, absence dates, and hours worked, filterable by date range and location with CSV export.
  • India-Specific Onboarding Compliance Forms — HR teams onboarding employees in India now have pre-built compliance forms for Aadhaar, PAN, UAN, bank account, and identity verification, with field-level format validation automatically suggested during the onboarding flow.
  • Manual Candidate Entry in Job Board — Recruiters can now add sourced candidates directly from the Job Board UI with name, email, phone, resume, LinkedIn URL, and notes, including a real-time duplicate email check.
  • Temporary Premiums: Acting Pay and Shift Differentials — Managers can configure and auto-apply pay premiums for shift differentials and temporary acting-pay role elevations, with itemized premium breakdowns in payroll exports.
  • Ask AI in Chrome Extension — Employees can now chat with an AI assistant directly from the MangoApps Chrome extension, with full conversation history, contextual suggestion chips, and awareness of the current page.
  • Sites: Section Templates & Version Comparison — Sites editors can save any page section as a reusable template for use across pages, and compare any two historical versions of a page side-by-side.
  • Banked Time Management — Organizations can now manage overtime banks with configurable conversion multipliers, employee pay-vs-bank elections, payout workflows, FIFO rolling expiry, and compliance reports.
  • CBA Planner for Unionized Workforces — A new Collective Bargaining Agreement Planner lets admins define CBA eligibility rules, simulate seniority-based bumping-rights scenarios, and automatically notify union members when internal job postings are made.
  • Grievance Tracking in Service Desk — Service Desk now supports a dedicated grievance workflow with configurable stages, per-stage SLA deadlines and approvers, a stage-stepper UI, and a full audit trail.
  • Performance Cycles — HR admins can now group review campaigns into named Performance Cycles, attach multiple review configurations per cycle, and automatically create reviews for all employees in a single action.
  • Sites App — Organizations can now build and publish internal or external web pages with rich content sections, AI-assisted page generation, audience targeting, and automated knowledge base sync.
  • Per-App Administrator Role — Admins can designate specific users as administrators for individual apps — such as EPMS, Service Desk, or Benefits — without granting them global admin access.
  • Wikis AI Agent — Users can now search, browse, and query wiki content directly through Ask AI, with the new Wikis Agent handling read operations and gated write operations for admins.
