Every employee gets a monthly Mango Kudos allowance to recognize coworkers. The points they give credit the recipient's store balance 1:1 — so a peer shout-out turns straight into a redeemable reward. Allowances reset monthly and don't carry over.

Department & manager budgets

Finance funds spend budgets in points at the department and manager level. Each redemption draws down the most specific budget that applies, and a hard cap blocks anything that would exceed the remaining allowance — enforced right at checkout, not after the fact.

Tiered redemption approvals

High-value redemptions route through tiered approval by point value — to the redeemer's manager, the admins, or a designated approver group like a Rewards Committee. Points are held (not lost) until someone signs off.
