Use cases
FAQ
Skills Tracking, Certification Management, Competency Assessment, and Training Records can each be enabled or disabled separately from the app configuration without affecting the others.
When an employee adds or updates a skill, it is marked as unverified and a notification is sent to their manager. The manager can then verify the skill from the team qualifications view. Updating a verified skill resets verification status.
PDF, JPEG, PNG, DOC, and DOCX files up to 10 MB each. Uploading a new document for an already-verified skill does not reset verification status.
The system looks at the organizational role hierarchy and role-type skill requirements to compare an employee's current skills against what is needed for the next level or alternative career paths, showing matched, missing, and improvement-needed skills.
Managers can view and manage skills for their direct reports. Admins have access to organization-wide qualification coverage dashboards, certification statistics, and bulk assignment tools.
