Libraries support documents (uploaded files), external links, forms, and media attachments. Each item can have its own icon, description, and metadata.
Libraries have a management level (who can add/edit items) and visibility rules (who can view). Audience rules can target specific departments, locations, roles, job families, or individual users.
When enabled, governance reviews remind library owners to periodically review content freshness. The default review interval is configurable (default 90 days).
