The store supports points-only redemption, cash purchases via Stripe (credit/debit cards and saved payment methods), and mixed payments combining points and cash.
Points are earned through the Recognitions app. Admins can also make manual balance adjustments from the admin panel. Every transaction is logged for audit purposes.
Yes. When regions are enabled, each item can be assigned to a specific region. Employees only see items from their region plus any global items.
Orders move through pending, processing, and fulfilled statuses. Admins manage fulfillment from the admin orders dashboard with optional email notifications at each stage.
