Key results are scored from 0.0 to 1.0 based on progress. The objective score is the average of its key results. Scores can be updated manually or calculated from linked metrics.
Yes. Objectives and key results can be cancelled with a reason or edited mid-quarter. Changes are tracked in the history for transparency.
Yes. OKR scores can be mapped into EPMS performance reviews through a configurable integration that syncs objective completion into review ratings.
