Still Accurate Content Reviews — keep SOPs, policies and wiki pages up to date
When an SOP, wiki page, policy, library item or knowledge-base article is overdue for review, its owner now sees an "Is this still accurate?" prompt on the page, on desktop and mobile. If nothing has changed, one tap confirms the content and restarts its review cycle. The owner doesn't have to make a placeholder edit, and the "Last updated" date stays the same. Confirming content this way doesn't replace a formal approval of the article. Teams that manage large sets of procedures and knowledge can keep review schedules current, and employees can see when someone last confirmed what they are reading.
Use case: An operations lead whose safety procedure is due for its annual review checks that it still applies, taps "Still accurate," and the procedure moves off the overdue list until its next review date.
Available in: Content Governance → Content I own → Still accurate (also on SOP Hub, Policy Hub, Wikis, Library and knowledge-base article pages)
Policy Sign-Off Without Email — policy acknowledgment for frontline employees without email
Policy acknowledgment campaigns now include employees who have no email address. Before, they were left out. Each of these employees gets the signing request and any reminders in their in-app Inbox. They open their own signing step and confirm who they are with a text-message code, their password or their PIN. The request closes as soon as the package is signed, declined, expired or voided. Employees with an email address still get the emailed invitation, so one campaign covers the whole workforce.
Use case: A retail HR team rolls out an updated code of conduct to every store, and hourly associates without company email sign it from the app on their phone.
Available in: Policy Hub → Acknowledgment Campaigns → In-app signing
Missed Shifts on Mobile — employees see and explain missed shifts from their phone
The Time & Attendance screen on mobile now lists an employee's missed shifts from today and the past seven days. Each shift shows whether it is still waiting for the manager's review, was excused (with the reason) or was not excused. While a missed shift is still unexplained, the employee can tap "Explain this absence to your manager" and report the reason from their phone. Workers don't need a desktop to find out how an absence was recorded, and managers get the context before they decide.
Use case: A warehouse associate who missed Tuesday's shift for a family emergency sees it marked as missed on their phone and sends their manager an explanation before the absence is reviewed.
Available in: Time & Attendance → Mobile → Missed shifts
