Build Review Cycles from Existing Reviews — Organize past and automated performance reviews into a review cycle
Performance cycles no longer have to start from a blank form. Admins can pick reviews that were already sent outside any cycle. They are grouped into rounds by review type and period, and each round becomes a cycle element with its dates set and its reviews attached. Rounds of the same type sent a few days apart can be combined into one element. A cycle can also be built from a review automation's schedule: quarterly, windowed, or per-employee. Every review that automation creates is then filed under the right element, and filing stops once the cycle is completed or its dates have passed.
Use case: An HR manager who sent mid-year reviews by hand in June can create the annual performance cycle in September and bring those reviews into it in a few clicks, so the cycle's calibration and reporting include them.

Shift Credential Gap Warnings — See when a staffed shift is missing required certifications
The shift page now checks each assigned employee's licenses and certifications against the shift's date, using your organization's credential policy. A shift can be fully staffed and still out of compliance. When that happens, the page shows a "Staffed, but requirements not met" alert, a "Requirements not met" badge, a flag on each person whose credential will have lapsed, and a "Credential gap" marker on the role or skill that isn't covered. Schedulers see the problem while they still have time to reassign the shift.
Use case: A healthcare scheduler opening next Friday's night shift sees that one assigned nurse's BLS certification expires on Wednesday and swaps in a qualified colleague before the shift is published.

Link Credentials to the Courses That Earn Them — Connect certifications and training courses for automatic renewal
You can now set which training course awards a certification from either side. On the credential in Skills & Certifications, a new "How this is earned" section lets admins pick the courses that grant it. On the course, the setting now sits under Completion & Certificate. Each employee's credential record shows an "Earned from" line naming the course that granted it. This makes the renewal loop easy to set up and check: when an employee completes the course they receive the credential, and when it expires the same course can be reassigned.
Use case: A compliance lead setting up a forklift certification links it to the forklift safety course from the certification page, so everyone who completes the course is certified and is reassigned the course when their certification expires.
