Authentication Audit Log — Employee login activity log for compliance and security auditing
Every login and logout event — across password, SSO, OAuth, OTP, API token, and mobile sessions — is now recorded in an append-only authentication log visible to workspace admins. The log captures the event type, timestamp, method, and session context, giving security and IT teams a reliable trail for compliance reviews, incident investigations, and access audits. Retention periods are configurable, with automated pruning jobs that enforce the policy on a schedule.
Use case: A security administrator investigating a suspected unauthorized access incident can filter the authentication log by user and date range to see exactly which sessions were opened, when, and through which sign-in method — without needing a database query.

BidFit: AI Bid/No-Bid Assessment for RFPs — AI-powered RFP evaluation and bid scoring for procurement teams
BidFit is a new AI agent within the Contracts app that helps procurement and legal teams decide whether to respond to an RFP. It extracts requirements from the uploaded RFP document, scores them against the organization's capability profile and existing playbook positions, and produces a structured fit assessment with a documented bid or no-bid recommendation. The scoring is deterministic — the AI extracts the inputs, but arithmetic governs the outcome — so the recommendation is auditable and repeatable across different reviewers.
Use case: A procurement manager receives a 120-page government RFP and needs a go/no-go decision before the team invests days in a full response. BidFit processes the document, surfaces gaps in capability coverage, and produces a scored summary the manager can share with leadership in minutes.

Training Certificates as Permanent Records — Tamper-proof completion certificates with snapshotted CE credits
Certificates of Completion issued by the Training app are now lifetime records. CE credits are captured at the moment an enrollment is marked complete and stored on the enrollment itself — so the credential shown on a transcript or certificate reflects what the course offered when the employee finished it, not what an admin may have changed afterward. Certificates also no longer expire when a linked professional certification does; the two lifecycles are now independent, so a completed course credential stands on its own. Skills granted through a learning path now carry provenance — the specific path and enrollment that granted each skill is recorded alongside the skill entry.
Use case: A compliance manager runs a year-end training report and needs to show regulators that each employee earned the required 4 CE credits in Q1 — even though the course was revised to 3 credits in Q3. The transcript shows the credits that were in effect when each person completed the course.
