Maintenance Mode & Security Lockdown — Planned downtime windows and emergency session revocation for workforce platforms

Administrators can now put their tenant into maintenance mode — either on a schedule for planned downtime or immediately in response to a security incident. During a lockdown, all active sessions and API tokens are revoked in real time, and users receive in-app notifications explaining the outage. Maintenance mode can be lifted from the admin console or the MangoApps management portal, giving IT teams a single, reliable control surface for both routine maintenance and emergency response.

Use case: An IT administrator detects unusual sign-in activity and triggers a security lockdown — all sessions across the organization are immediately terminated, giving the team time to investigate before allowing users back in.

Available in: Administration → Security → Maintenance & Lockdown

Per-Tenant Session Timeout — Configurable session inactivity timeout per organization

Each tenant can now set its own session inactivity timeout, independent of the platform default. The timeout applies per subdomain, so employees using multiple business accounts each inherit the policy of the business they are signed into at that moment. Admins see the platform default in the settings form for reference and can leave the field blank to inherit it — or enter a value between 5 minutes and 7 days to match their security policy. Changes take effect immediately without waiting for a cache refresh.

Use case: A healthcare organization running shared floor workstations sets a 15-minute timeout on their tenant, while a remote back-office team on the same platform keeps a longer session — each group gets the right security posture without affecting the other.

Performance Review PDF Export — Full-fidelity performance review exports with ratings, goals, and 360 feedback

Exported performance reviews now match the on-screen experience exactly. The PDF renders the full designed layout: a summary header with employee photo and review status, an overall rating track with separate manager and self-assessment markers, a side-by-side ratings comparison, individual goal cards, and 360 feedback — all in the tenant's brand colors. Visibility rules are enforced at export time (manager-only content is gated per viewer, self-assessment answers are hidden until submission, and leadership private notes are never included), so every recipient receives exactly the view they would see in the platform.

Use case: An HR business partner exports a completed review to share with an employee during their year-end conversation — the PDF shows the finalized ratings and goal outcomes in the same layout both parties reviewed together on screen.

Available in: Employee Performance Management → Reviews → Export PDF
