Product Update - June 25, 2026
Award Cycles & Nominations — structured employee recognition with time-boxed award cycles and nomination voting
Recognition now supports two independently configurable nomination models. The first is an enhanced award nomination flow with submission windows, duplicate nomination prevention, and admin approval before awards are granted. The second introduces Award Cycles — time-boxed programs where employees nominate peers during an open window, and winners are selected either automatically (based on distinct nominator thresholds) or by an admin committee with anonymized review and conflict-of-interest recusal. Winners receive public recognition and store point credits; nominees receive thank-you acknowledgments automatically when the cycle closes.
Use case: An HR team runs a quarterly "Mango Champions" cycle — employees nominate colleagues during a two-week window, the committee reviews anonymized entries, and winners are announced company-wide with store point rewards, all without any manual coordination.

Forms REST API — public API for form submissions, approvals, and review actions
The Forms app now exposes a comprehensive REST API covering every major workflow: browsing published forms and categories, submitting responses, viewing submission history, and performing reviewer actions such as approve, reject, or request changes. The API is fully documented in the OpenAPI spec and supports external integrations, mobile clients, and automation workflows that need to interact with form-based processes programmatically.
Use case: A field service team's mobile app pulls the relevant inspection or incident forms from the API, submits completed responses on behalf of technicians, and allows managers to approve submissions — all without requiring users to log into the web interface.
Available in: Forms → API → /api/v1/forms
Mobile Inbox API — full inbox access for mobile apps with folder filtering, snooze, and action support
The employee Inbox is now fully accessible via the mobile REST API. Mobile clients can list notifications by folder (action items, messages, broadcasts, system alerts, agent messages), filter across inbox, unread, read, snoozed, and archived states, and search by content. State management actions — snooze, restore, bulk dismiss, and bulk mark as unread — are all supported. Type-specific actions are also available: approving or rejecting Comms Hub approval requests, acknowledging broadcasts, replying to replyable items, and resuming AI agent interactions — all backed by the same logic as the web inbox.
Use case: A frontline manager opens the mobile app and sees their action-required items in a dedicated folder, snoozes non-urgent broadcast notifications for two days, and approves a pending policy acknowledgment request — without switching to a desktop browser.
Available in: Notifications → Mobile API → /api/v1/notifications
