Peer Giving (Mango Kudos) — peer-to-peer employee recognition with redeemable points
Recognition Connect now supports a peer-to-peer giving allowance — each employee receives a monthly points budget they can award to colleagues for good work, collaboration, or living company values. Points are redeemable in the Company Store, making everyday appreciation tangible. Large peer gifts above a configurable threshold route through an approval step, keeping spend within policy without adding friction to smaller, everyday recognition.
Use case: A team lead notices a colleague going above and beyond on a late-night rollout and sends them 500 Kudos points on the spot — the recipient uses them the next morning to redeem a gift card from the Company Store.
Available in: Recognition Connect → Settings → Peer Giving Allowance
Mobile Skills & Certifications — add and edit skills from a mobile phone
Employees could previously view their skills profile on mobile, but adding a new skill, uploading a certification document, or editing an existing entry required switching to a desktop browser. The full add/edit/remove flow is now available on mobile web — including the ability to propose a new skill that isn't yet in the company catalog, upload supporting documents, and track certification expiry dates.
Use case: A field technician renews an on-site safety certification and uploads the document directly from their phone the same day, keeping their profile current without waiting until they're back at a desk.
Available in: Skills & Certifications → My Skills (mobile)
Google Calendar Domain Sync — org-enforced two-way Google Calendar sync for enterprise teams
Administrators can now configure a Google service account with Domain-Wide Delegation to enforce calendar sync across every employee in the organization — no per-user OAuth setup required. Shifts and calendar events flow bidirectionally between Workforce and Google Calendar, with conflict detection when both sides are edited simultaneously, a per-event audit trail, and circuit-breaker logic that degrades gracefully during Google API outages. Multi-domain organizations are supported through domain-level routing on the service account.
Use case: An IT administrator at a 2,000-person company configures a single service account in the Google Admin Console, and every employee's work schedule appears in their Google Calendar automatically — without asking anyone to connect their account manually.
Available in: Calendar → Admin → Google Calendar Integration
