Overview

Practice Hub is the practice layer for your workforce, completing the Learn → Practice → Do loop alongside Training. Employees rehearse real workplace situations — de-escalation, difficult 1:1s, interviews, service recovery, harassment-response — against an AI that plays the other person, then get a scored scorecard with concrete, criterion-level feedback. Most scenarios are authored by peers (your best reps, nurses, and shift leads encoding how they actually handle things), curated by L&D, and promoted to official for certification. Behavioral compliance and soft skills both live here; knowledge checks stay in Training.

Highlights

Rehearse real workplace situations against an AI persona that plays the other person — a tough 1:1, a de-escalation, an interview, a service recovery.
Peer-authored first: your best rep, nurse, or shift lead encodes how they actually handle a situation, so practice reflects reality — not an L&D deck.
Every attempt returns a scored scorecard: per-criterion rubric scores, delivery metrics, and narrative feedback — capability, not just completion.
A community → curated → official lifecycle lets L&D promote the best peer scenarios; only official scenarios can certify.
Behavioral-compliance and soft-skill scenarios feed Training's certification spine, so "I demonstrated it" replaces "I clicked through it".
Audio-first runtime with speech-to-text, an AI persona voice, and delivery analytics — no webcam required.

Use cases

De-escalation & service recovery
A frontline associate practices calming an upset customer against an AI persona and reviews their scorecard before facing the real thing.
Behavioral-compliance readiness
Instead of clicking through a harassment-response slide deck, an employee demonstrates the right response in a roleplay that feeds their Training certification.
Interview preparation
An internal candidate rehearses a promotion interview against an AI interviewer and gets feedback on structure, clarity, and pace.
Difficult 1:1s and feedback
A new manager practices delivering hard feedback in a simulated 1:1 and refines their approach based on the rubric scores.
Peer knowledge capture
A top performer authors a scenario encoding how they handle a common objection, turning tacit know-how into practice the whole team can use.

FAQ

Peers are the primary authors. Any employee can draft a community scenario with AI assistance; L&D curates the best and promotes them to official. Only official scenarios can certify.

Training does Learn — watch a lesson, pass a knowledge quiz. Practice Hub does Practice — rehearse the behavior under pressure and get scored. Behavioral and soft-skill practice feeds Training's certification spine rather than replacing it.

The AI scores the attempt transcript against a weighted rubric and computes light delivery metrics like word count and filler-word usage. The result is a scorecard with per-criterion scores, narrative feedback, and pass/fail. A manager can review or override it.

No. Practice Hub is audio-first — it uses your microphone and the transcript. There is no webcam or eye-contact analysis.

Only official scenarios are certifiable. Community and curated scenarios are for practice and rating — this guardrail keeps peer-authored content safe next to compliance requirements.
