App Launcher with Sign-In Tiles — single sign-on app launcher for employees

The app launcher now works as a single sign-on portal for the other business apps a company uses. Administrators can give each shortcut its company's logo from the Asset Library. The tiles appear in Quick Actions, the launcher widget, the Apps page, the phone home screen and intranet sites. Companies that connect Okta, Microsoft Entra ID or OneLogin can also show each person the apps that are assigned to them in their identity provider, so nobody has to keep a separate list of links. A Quick Links block on an intranet page can show each reader their own apps and company links, and a person sees only the apps that are theirs.

Use case: An IT administrator connects the company's OneLogin account, and every employee opens their own payroll, benefits and learning apps from logo tiles on their home page and phone without hunting for bookmarks.

Available in: Home → Admin → Quick Action Shortcuts, and Admin → SCIM connections → App launcher

Scheduled Form Run Report — track who completed a recurring form

Scheduled forms, such as weekly checklists, monthly self-assessments and recurring safety sign-offs, can now be set to send for the first time on a day and time you choose. Every later send goes out at the same local time, including across daylight saving changes and short months. A schedule's name now opens a run report that lists each person it was sent to and whether they have submitted the form in the current cycle. Managers can then follow up with the people who have not responded without counting submissions by hand. Anonymous responses are never attributed to anyone.

Use case: A district operations manager schedules the Monday store-opening checklist to go out at 7:00 a.m. and checks the run report mid-morning to see which store leads have not submitted it yet.

Available in: Forms → Scheduled Forms → First send and run report

Record FCRA Notices Sent by Post or in Person — FCRA adverse action compliance without email

Not every candidate has an email address on file, but FCRA adverse action notices must still be sent and documented. When a pre-adverse or final adverse action notice cannot be emailed, recruiting staff can now record that it was sent by post or delivered in person, with the date, the method and a note. A recorded pre-adverse notice starts the waiting period of business days from its date. When a final notice is due and cannot be emailed, the hiring decision-makers are told. Each recorded notice is added to the audit log and shown on the check's FCRA timeline on desktop and phone.

Use case: A recruiter for a hospitality group mails a pre-adverse action notice to a candidate who has no email address, records the mailing date, and the platform tracks the required waiting period before the final decision.

Available in: Background Checks → Check details → Record the notice
