Response Alerts for Public Forms — Get notified when someone submits your online form
Forms shared through a public link can now alert their owners whenever a new response comes in. On the form's Sharing page, owners can turn on an option to email the form's owners about each response. The owner and any co-owners then get an in-app notification that links to the response, plus an email if they have an address on file. Teams that collect requests, registrations or feedback from people outside the company can follow up quickly without checking the responses list throughout the day.
Use case: A facilities coordinator publishes a visitor registration form on the company website and gets notified the moment a guest registers, so badges and parking can be arranged the same day.
Available in: Forms → Form → Sharing → Email the form's owners each time someone responds through the link
Build Intranet Sites with Ask AI — AI intranet site builder for company and department sites
Ask AI can now take on more of the work of building and maintaining intranet sites. Editors can ask it to create a complete draft site from any starter in the gallery, insert one of the organization's saved sections into a page, save a page as a company starter for others to reuse, assign a page's owner or owning team, show or rewrite a page's "In short" summary, and archive or restore files in the asset library. Ask AI confirms each change before making it, and it follows the same permissions as the Sites editor.
Use case: An internal communications lead asks Ask AI to set up a new onboarding site from the gallery, add the team's standard FAQ section and make the HR team the owner of the welcome page, all from one conversation.

Contract Portfolio Summary in Ask AI — See contract status, value and upcoming renewals at a glance
Anyone who works with contracts can now ask Ask AI for a summary of the contracts they have access to. The answer shows contracts by status, total value by customer and vendor side, what is expiring soon and which renewals need a decision, with the same figures as the Contracts dashboard. Coordinators, site managers and business owners can see where their agreements stand without opening reports or asking the legal or procurement team.
Use case: A site manager asks "how are my contracts looking?" and learns that two vendor agreements expire this month and one renewal is waiting on their decision.
