Overlapping Shift Trades — Let employees swap overlapping or same-day shifts

Shift Marketplace has a new setting that lets two coworkers trade shifts that overlap or fall on the same day. Before, a scheduling conflict blocked these swaps even though each person was giving up the shift that caused the conflict. When the setting is on, the shift each person gives up is left out of the conflict, daily-hours, and rest-time checks. Location, team, role, and any other overlapping shift still apply. Coworkers whose trade would clear the conflict are notified when a matching shift is listed, and the apply form suggests the shift to offer in exchange. The setting is off by default, so schedulers decide whether to allow it.

Use case: A retail associate on an 8am–4pm shift can trade with a coworker on 12pm–8pm the same day, which was blocked before because the two shifts overlap.

Available in: Shift Marketplace → Settings → Shift Trades → Allow trades between overlapping shifts

Pages Panel for Sites — Drag-and-drop page tree for intranet sites

The Sites page editor now has a Pages panel. It shows the site's menu as a tree, plus a list of pages that are not in the menu, along with search and draft labels. Editors can drag pages, or use the keyboard and the row menu, to reorder them, nest them under a parent, or add them to or remove them from the menu. The order you set is the order the site menu shows, so page order and navigation can no longer drift apart. On smaller screens, extra menu items move into a "More" menu.

Use case: An intranet manager reorganizing an HR department site can move the benefits pages under a new "Benefits" section, and leave a draft page out of the menu until it is ready, without leaving the page they are editing.

Available in: Sites → Page Editor → Pages panel

Policy Key Facts — AI-extracted policy answers with human approval

Policy Hub can now use AI to read the key facts in a policy, such as leave days, pay dates, and notice periods. Each fact waits for review by the people who manage that policy. Once approved, the facts show in a Key Facts card on the policy page, and Ask AI uses them to answer employee questions. Each fact shows the date it took effect and the policy version it came from. A fact that has ended, or that came from an older version of a policy that has since changed in a meaningful way, is no longer used, so answers stay in line with the current policy.

Use case: An HR team approves "Bereavement leave, immediate family — 3 days" once, and an employee who asks Ask AI about bereavement leave gets that exact answer, sourced from the current policy.

Available in: Policy Hub → Policy page → Key facts (controlled by Policy Hub Settings → Find Key Facts in Policies with AI)
