Procurement: Bulk Project Billing — Bill a full cart of warehouse stock to a project in one pick

Warehouse managers can now select multiple inventory items on the stock list and issue them all to a project in a single operation. Previously, billing three or five SKUs to the same job required opening each item individually and re-selecting the project each time — producing separate, unlinked movements against the same job code. The new cart picks a project once, shows per-line quantities capped to what is on the shelf, a running cost total, and a per-line remove before confirming. The entire cart is issued as one all-or-nothing billing event: if any line is out of stock, nothing is issued and the reason is shown, preventing mismatches between the physical pick and the project's spend record.

Use case: A field-service warehouse manager loading parts for a multi-day site installation selects all five required SKUs from the shelf list, assigns them to the job's project code in a single confirmation step, and moves on — no repeated page-opens, no risk of a partial issue leaving the books out of sync.

Interview Scheduler: Requisition Numbers and Candidate-Level Interview Filter — Find requisitions and candidate interviews without ambiguity

Job requisitions now carry a sequential reference number — REQ-0001, REQ-0042, and so on — assigned per organization and shown alongside the requisition title wherever interviews are listed. Organizations with several open roles sharing the same job title can now tell requisitions apart at a glance without relying on the opening date or department as a qualifier. Separately, the Interviews list gains a filter by candidate that resolves to the person, not the individual application row. A candidate who applied to two requisitions previously had their interviews split across both rows; filtering by their name now returns all interviews regardless of which application they belong to, and candidate search matches on first name, last name, and email.

Use case: A recruiter working a pipeline with four open "Software Engineer" requisitions can filter the Interviews list to a single candidate and see every scheduled conversation across all requisitions in one view, without toggling between reqs or losing context.

Libraries: Unified Search and Filter Bar — Search all resources from the library homepage

The Libraries app now shows a persistent search and filter bar at the top of the listing page. A single search field queries across all libraries, categories, and items visible to the current user — returning matched results from anywhere in the hierarchy, not just the top-level library names. A Bookmarked filter narrows the view to items the user has saved, displayed as a flat list for quick access. Both the search query and the active filter are reflected in the URL, so results survive a page reload, a browser bookmark, or a link shared with a colleague. Admins also gain a library enable/disable API that lets external systems and integrations control library visibility programmatically.

Use case: An employee looking for a specific policy form types its name into the search bar and gets the matching item directly, without knowing which library or category it lives in — useful in large organizations where library structure is managed by HR rather than individual contributors.
