Recognition Bulk Import & Governance Controls — CSV bulk recognition import and anti-gaming rules for employee rewards programs
HR and recognition program administrators can now upload a CSV file to import recognitions in bulk, making it practical to migrate historical data or run large-scale recognition campaigns without entering each record manually. Alongside the import capability, new governance controls let admins set monthly per-person giving caps, enforce a cooldown period to prevent duplicate recognitions of the same recipient within a configurable window, and exclude specific worker classifications from earning reward points. Weekly automated alerts notify program managers when group budgets are running low or exhausted, so teams aren't caught off guard mid-period.
Use case: An HR manager preparing for an annual employee appreciation event can upload a spreadsheet of 500 peer nominations, while monthly caps and cooldown rules ensure the program stays fair and budget-aligned without manual auditing.

Automated Offboarding Deprovisioning — configure automated access revocation for departing employees
IT and HR administrators can now configure automated access revocation directly inside the Offboarding app, without switching between systems. The new settings page surfaces all connected identity providers — Okta, Azure AD, and Google Workspace — with per-provider enable toggles and credential fields. A separate section covers Slack SaaS license reclamation, letting admins enter an admin token and monthly seat cost so that seat is automatically freed when an employee is offboarded. The offboarding plan view shows a timestamped confirmation card when automated access revocation completes, giving coordinators a clear audit trail.
Use case: An IT administrator can enable Okta deprovisioning once in the Offboarding settings; from that point forward, every completed offboarding automatically revokes the employee's Okta account and reclaims their Slack seat — no manual ticket required.

News Feed: 20-Option Polls & In-Window Editing — larger polls and post edits without republishing
Polls in the News Feed now support up to 20 options, up from the previous limit of 5, making them suitable for broader surveys, multi-candidate votes, and preference rankings. Authors can also edit a poll's body, title, and deadline within the standard 15-minute content-editing window — without invalidating in-progress votes, since option choices and voting configuration are locked during the edit. The same editing window now applies to post attachments: authors can add or remove files from a published post while it remains editable. Posts that have been modified display an "Edited" label so readers know the content was updated after initial publication.
Use case: A communications manager publishes a company survey with 15 department options, then notices a typo in the description — they can correct it within 15 minutes without pulling the post or losing any votes already cast.
