Shareable Recognition Cards — share employee recognition and awards on LinkedIn
Employees can now share their own proud moments outside the company. A recognition or award they received, a work anniversary, a contest win, a training certificate or their year in recognition becomes a card picture in the company's brand, showing their name, what they earned and the company, but never the private message, the giver or points. From a Share drawer on desktop or the phone's share sheet they can post it to LinkedIn, download the image or copy a public link, see how many times it was viewed, and stop sharing at any time. Colleagues can also post a public recognition, award, anniversary or contest win into a chat room, a channel, a Microsoft Teams or Slack channel, or to a colleague, with the card shown under the message. Companies choose whether sharing is allowed with a single Shared moments switch.
Use case: A nurse who receives a hospital-wide excellence award shares the branded card on LinkedIn from the award itself, and can stop sharing it at any time.
Available in: Recognitions → Recognition or award → Share; Training → Certificate → Show it off; Portals → Shared moments
Daily Celebrations in Chat Channels — celebrate employee milestones in team channels
Chat channels can now turn on Celebrations. Each channel that does gets one card a day naming the people celebrated that day, including recognitions, work anniversaries, contest wins and training certificates. The first three people appear with their card picture and the rest in one line. The card is posted with the day's first celebration and updates in place as more arrive, so a busy day stays one post instead of many. Team recognition cards in channels now carry the award's picture on the web, on the phone and in the API.
Use case: A regional manager turns on Celebrations in the #store-managers channel, and each day the team sees one card with that day's anniversaries and award winners without anyone posting them by hand.
Available in: Chat → Conversation settings → Celebrations
Inspections: Since Last Visit — compare safety audit results with the previous inspection
A finished inspection now compares itself, item by item, with the same location's previous completed inspection on the same checklist. It shows the change in score and marks each item that failed again, failed for the first time or has been fixed since the last visit. While an inspection is still being carried out, the items that failed last time are marked, so the inspector knows where to look first. The comparison appears on the inspection page and report, the printable report and PDF, the mobile app, the API, and in Ask AI answers about an inspection.
Use case: A district manager running a monthly food-safety audit sees at a glance that the walk-in cooler temperature check has failed two visits in a row and can raise a corrective action before the next health inspection.
Available in: Inspections → Inspection → Since last visit
