Sites Export and Import — move intranet sites between company domains

Administrators can now export a single site, a selection of sites or the entire Sites collection into one package. The package holds pages, files, navigation, site hierarchy, saved company templates and translations. They can then import it into another MangoApps domain. Imported sites arrive as new private drafts owned by the admin who imported them, and the originals are never changed. A setup review shows anything that depends on the original domain, such as restricted audiences or links to forms and policies, so each dependency can be reconnected once and applied everywhere it is used. This helps organizations that build an intranet in a test or staging environment, run separate domains for different regions or brands, or are combining domains after a merger.

Use case: A communications team builds a new benefits portal in their staging domain, exports it, and imports it into production as drafts. They pick audiences there and publish when it is ready, without rebuilding a single page.

396 Sites Templates — ready-made intranet site and page templates

The Sites template gallery has grown to 396 site and page starters. 321 of them are new, and 23 existing starters have been refreshed. Each template comes with reviewed sample content and properly sourced images, so teams can start from a page that already looks finished instead of a blank canvas. Templates you have already installed and customized are left untouched.

Use case: An HR team that needs a new-hire welcome hub picks a matching starter from the gallery, swaps in its own text and photos, and publishes the same afternoon.

AI Drafts From Your Own Templates — AI form and template generation that follows company standards

When you ask AI to draft a form, inspection checklist, performance review template, onboarding plan, table, playbook, mini app or job posting, it now starts from the closest template you already have. Your company's own saved templates come first, then the MangoApps template gallery. AI-generated drafts therefore follow the structure, wording and standards your organization already uses, and you spend less time reworking them. If nothing close exists, AI drafts from scratch as before. Templates restricted to certain roles or audiences are never used as a reference.

Use case: A safety manager asks AI for a new forklift inspection checklist, and the draft follows the sections and rating scale of the company's existing equipment inspections instead of a generic layout.
