Sites Care Dashboard — Find intranet pages that need updating

The Sites dashboard has been rebuilt for the people who look after intranet pages. It shows the decisions waiting on you (approvals, pages sent back, pages ready to publish or scheduled), a "Pages that need care" panel that counts pages with no owner, broken links, stale or soon-to-expire content, changed linked items and required reading that is falling behind, and a summary of each of your sites with readership over the last 7, 30 or 90 days. Each count opens a focused list of exactly those pages, with the fix in reach for anyone allowed to edit them, so a growing intranet stays accurate without manual audits.

Use case: An HR communications lead opens Sites on Monday morning, sees four policy pages expiring within 30 days and two with broken links, and fixes them from one list before employees run into outdated information.

Available in: Sites → Dashboard → Pages that need care

Automatic Draft Purchase Orders — Create purchase orders automatically when inventory runs low

Procurement can now create a draft purchase order as soon as an inventory item reaches its reorder point. The draft is grouped by vendor and pre-filled with the item's preferred supplier, price and reorder quantity, and the low-stock alert and weekly digest link straight to it — or explain why no draft could be made, such as a missing supplier. Drafts are never submitted, approved or sent on their own, so purchasing teams keep full control while no longer rebuilding the same reorder by hand.

Use case: A facilities coordinator receives a low-stock alert for cleaning supplies and opens a ready-made draft purchase order, reviews the quantity and submits it for approval in under a minute.

Available in: Procurement → Settings → Create a draft PO when an item reaches its reorder point

Timesheet Auto-Submit — Automatically submit overdue employee timesheets for approval

Admins can now turn on automatic submission for timesheets that employees have not submitted by their due date. The day after a timesheet is due, its recorded hours are submitted for manager approval, clearly marked as auto-submitted and with any missing punches flagged. Employees are told beforehand and notified afterward, and can recall the timesheet until their manager approves it — keeping payroll on schedule without treating the submission as the employee's own sign-off.

Use case: A retail store manager closing out the pay period no longer has to chase part-time staff who forgot to submit — their recorded hours arrive in the approval list the day after the deadline, ready to review.

Available in: Timesheets → Settings → Auto-submit timesheets after their due date
